Just back from an hour long jaunt around the area working an intercept of this now-weakened cell. It was elevated - probably along the maritime air boundary - and wasn't very visible due to the area wide foggy conditions, so my trusty WiFi / laptop / iTouch / GPS puck combination allowed me to maneuver into position on this slow moving storm. It did have a hail marker on it for a few minutes, but is now just dumping rain over the area.
Not bad for a local equipment checkout.
